The story, set in the world of adult entertainment, centers around three characters: Johnny Rebel, a straight man who has become a star in the world of gay porn; Johnny''s stripper girlfriend Babylon; and Sean, a naive young man in love with Johnny, who ends up becoming Johnny''s "fluffer".

Johnny Rebel is a charismatic heterosexual man who makes his living acting in gay porn. His live-in girlfriend Babylon is a stripper, so she understands the reality of working in the sex industry. Sean McGinnis doesn''t. He is a 22-year-old kid who has come to Los Angeles to get into movies, but gets sidetracked when he sees a Johnny Rebel video, becoming instantly obsessed. Sean is drawn deeper into the porn scene when he becomes a cameraman for Johnny''s company - which triggers a series of events that will change all their lives forever.
