The Wizard of Oz begins when a tornado hits and Dorothy Gale awakes to find she's not in Kansas anymore. Transported to the magical and mysterious Munchkin City within the Land of Oz her house lands on the Wicked Witch of the East. To find her way home Dorothy takes the advice of Glinda, the Good Fairy of the North and follows the yellow brick road to the Emerald City where the great Wizard lives.

On her path she meets the dim Scarecrow who needs a brain, the Tin Man who wants a heart and a cowardly Lion who desperately needs courage. Can she outwit the Wicked Witch of the West and persuade the Wizard to help her journey back over the rainbow to the land where her heart belongs?
