Each episode features a different cast and delves into the lives and experiences of men living on the 'down low.'

The characters range from a highly successful executive to a happily married father and a street corner hustler. Each episode is narrated by Chadwick Williams (Damian T. Raven), an aspiring journalist who is pursuing research for his book about Men who Sleep With men (MSM).
